January Update

Happy New Year! The club will be reopening Monday, January 6 and resuming all regular activities:

Mondays - SAGES 10:00 - 11:00, Shuffleboard 1:00 - 3:30

Tuesdays - Bagua Zhang - intermediate - 10:00 - 11:00, beginners - 11:00 - 12:00; Bid Euchre - 1:00 - 4:00; Duplicate Bridge - 1:00 - 4:00

Wednesdays - SAGES 10:00 - 11:00; Table Games - 2:00 - 4:00

Thursdays - Special Events and monthly Trivia as determined

Friday - Line Dancing 10:00 - 12:00

Trivia has been taking place on Thursdays once a month 2:00 - 4:00. January 30 has been tentatively set aside to resume Trivia for the new year, however, we do need people who are interested in making up the questions and doing the Trivia for one of each of the months ahead. Please contact the club if you are willing to help with this. Stay tuned for confirmation of the Trivia days. 

The next Healthy Aging Workshop on Optimizing Health, will be on January 23 from 9:30 - 2:15. Last day to register will be Monday, January 20th. See attached flyer for full details or check our website fenelonseniors.com or our Facebook page.

Save the date of February 6, when the club will be offering a presentation by the Paramedic Services of Kawartha Lakes. More information will be provided at a later date.

Please remember to pay your 2025 membership fees ($25) if you have not already done so. The club is very proud of it growing membership and is working hard to keep its membership strong. Through a strong membership, the club can better serve the needs of seniors as well as others in the community. We look forward to a year of many activities and offering a place where seniors can enjoy aging in a healthy and safe way. Thank you for all of your support and participation.
