January Update
Another very successful Healthy Aging Workshop was held on January 23. Thank you to all who attended and to everyone who made it possible. As a follow-up to that workshop, the City of Kawartha Lakes Paramedics will be making a presentation on Thursday, February 6 from 10:00 - 12:00 about Community Paramedicine: Keeping You Safe at Home. This is a great way to find out about yet another service that promotes Healthy Aging. If you are interested in attending, contact the club at fenelonseniors@gmail.com or call 705-887-7007. This presentation is free to club members and $5 for non-members. Coffee, tea and a snack will be provided. Please ensure that your membership fee is paid for 2025 so that you can take advantage of the many things that the club offers its members and to help support the club in continuing to serve seniors. A reminder that the next Trivia is Thursday, January 30 at 2:00. Trivia is a fun way to test your memory, to get to know others in the community and most of all to enjoy. The next Healthy Aging Workshop will be held on March 20 and topics will cover Computer/Digital Literacy and Fraud Prevention. More details will follow in the next few weeks. Stay safe, stay well and stay active.
