Hall Rental

Our bright and beautiful facility is ready to entertain the needs of your meeting or function including weddings, Jack & Jills,  showers, birthdays, receptions, dances, and other various celebrations. Licensed events are welcomed as long as a liquor license and suitable insurance are provided before the event. We work with you to accommodate your setup times and the caterer’s needs. The hall can accommodate 185 people for non-licensed events and 150 people with a licensed bar.

A completely new air exchanger and air conditioner system which utilizes a HEPA-UVC-PC high-efficiency air cleaner has been installed. The airflow is continually being filtered resulting in a much safer and more comfortable environment for all who use the facility. There is wifi service available and a comprehensive sound system with a newly purchased 86” smart screen television to facilitate media presentations. We have a well-stocked kitchen complete with two microwave ovens, two refrigerators, two stoves, and a commercial dishwasher. There is ample counter space and a serving window into the main room that can also be closed for kitchen privacy. Our facility is upgraded and fully accessible.

2024 Rental Fees

Rental fees as listed below are effective February 1, 2022 and are subject to change at the Board’s discretion. All prices are subject to 13% H.S.T.

Monday – Friday & Sunday:  $50.00 per hour

Saturday: $65.00 per hour
$650.00 (maximum 14 hours)

Hall Clean-up: $50.00

Kitchen (Part use): $25.00 
includes coffee & tea pots, kettles, fridge, ovens & microwave 
* no stovetop, dishwasher, cutlery, dishes, cups or glasses*

Kitchen (Full use): $65.00
includes all items listed above plus dishwasher  

Audio/Visual Equipment:  $20.00

Stage:  $20.00
