Annual General Meeting Update

Many thanks to everyone who took part in the AGM. It was great to see so many club members attend the meeting. Information regarding the clubs needs and successes, including the the years’ fundraising initiatives, was presented. There were many ideas brought forward from those in attendance which stimulated valuable discussion. The following people were elected to the Board of Directors: Jean Smith, Rosemary McColeman, Cheryl Dyer, Barb Gillies, Fern Bellwood, Deb Good, Joan Cohen, Peter Stauffer, Ron Gilbert, Noreen Moore, Barb Stirling, Elaine Bragg and Diane Gray. A special thank you was extended to Verda and Dan Gross and Sylvia Percival who are retiring from the Board. Their years of hard work and dedication are very much appreciated. The club could not do what it does without the many volunteers that contribute their valuable time to make things happen and get things done!
